How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your parcel.
How can I cancel or amend my order?
To make changes to your order, please send an email to wildheartjewellery@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You can exchange or return your jewellery within 30 days. Please email customer services at wildheartjewellery@outlook.com for return / exchange.
How long does it take to ship the order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
